ASHA Convention Session Course

ASHA Convention Session Course_Sing and Speak 4 Kids

In November 2022, we presented an educational webinar at the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) National Convention.  The main focus of our presentation was to showcase our research that was funded by United States Department of Education and the real life applications of our Sing and Speak 4 Kids program. We are grateful to have been recognized by this national association for our evidence-based program that supports early childhood speech development as a supplement tool for SLPs and other professionals.

Our well-attended webinar course continues to be available to ASHA members for the next 5 years for professional development and Continuing Education credits.

Learning Outcomes of Course include:

  • Identifying components of music to support intervention for speech and language development
  • Describing several advantages, disadvantages, challenges, and solutions to providing intervention supports in an online environment
  • Listing three ways professionals and caregivers can collaborate effectively in an online environment

This course is offered for 0.05 ASHA CEUs (Introductory level, Professional area).

Course available through February 27, 2029.
