Great News: California Regional Centers Partnership

We are excited to announce our authorization by Westside Regional Center (Los Angeles), a member of the California Regional Centers statewide network, as an approved vendor!  Our Sing and Speak 4 Kids program is now serving families with children 3+ in need of speech-language support with this fun and engaging game.

What is a Regional Center?

Department of Developmental Services (DDS), “oversees the coordination and delivery of services for Californians with developmental disabilities through a statewide network of 21 community-based, non-profit agencies known as regional centers. Regional centers provide assessments, determine eligibility for services, and offer case management services. Regional centers also develop, purchase, and coordinate the services in each person’s Individual Program Plan.”

What Regional Centers Are Currently Using Sing and Speak 4 Kids?

Starting July 2022, Westside Regional Center is offering SS4Kids to serve several thousand families with children who have disabilities, representing 2% of the total State population.

Within the next few months, we plan to vendor through more California Regional Centers, already pre-authorized as an evidence-based practice.

What does this mean for Sing and Speak 4 Kids?

We are excited to be the first digital online program to offer services through Westside Regional Center, as they have embraced our evidence-based solution for those who have had challenges in receiving in-person services during the pandemic.

Our next steps for SS4Kids is to continue to support our current members while introducing SS4Kids to the Regional Center community.

We understand that learning a new program can be challenging, and have set up a seamless process that will help new Regional Center members integrate SS4Kids into their weekly lives. We are ready to share all that is wonderful about SS4Kids with you!
